Sona101 does not cover any payment gateway fees. However, your bank or mobile financial service provider may charge fees — these are entirely the member's responsibility.

4Withdrawal Policy

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 100.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

• Meeting the wagering requirements is mandatory before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms
